The 70 exclusive villas are totally independent and offer complete privacy in an intimate space with their own private pool and a large veranda overlooking the sea. Contemporary design is mixed with African-chic influences
26 Sunrise Villas (Size: 200m2)
Located on the eastern side of the island with lovely sunrise views. Each villa has a king size four poster bed, a large living area with comfortable armchairs and a day bed and an indoor/outdoor bathroom complete with shower and bathtub.
31 Sunset Suites (Size: 240m2)
Located on the western side of the island with incredible views of the magnificent African sunsets. Each villa has a king size four poster bed, a large, lowered living area which can accommodate 2 extra beds making the Sunset Suites great for couples or small families. The indoor/outdoor bathroom has a shower and bathtub.
8 Lagoon Suites with Pool (Size: 170m2)
These overwater villas are suspended over the crystal lagoon on the eastern side of the island. They have a large terrace with a swimming pool and are equipped with every comfort including a private butler.
4 Zanzibar Villas (Size: 310m2)
the luxurious Zanzibar villas have direct beach access. The entrance overlooks a large open air living room leading on to a veranda overlooking the private pool and garden. There are 2 large bedrooms, a corner bar, a kitchen available for exclusive in villa dining with a chef on demand. The 2 indoor/outdoor bathrooms are fitted with shower and bathtub.
1 Sultan Palace (Size: 500m2)
This unique accommodation is on 2 levels. The ground floor has 2 large bedrooms ensuite with a living bedroom and kitchen area. The Sultan bedroom is located on the upper level, a room dedicated to be a walk-in closet as well as a real "salle de bain”. Up to 9 guests can experience a high level of luxury and privacy in the Sultan Palace.
